When a new Client joins Strategy we will get to know your business and who your target market is, from here we can then create a guest blogging specific persona that we will use to remind us who we are writing for. Things we take into consideration are:

• What they are interested in: hobbies, technology, travel etc
• Who are the bloggers that will influence this target market
• Where do they ‘hang out’ i.e. forums, social networks, online communities
• What ‘magazines’ do they read

From this we can establish what types of blog posts to write. We may not write about the industry you are in, we may write about something that interests this people, remember we are trying to attract their links to increase your domain authority, this isn’t necessarily a sales tool!

Once the posts have been written our Outreach team will arrange for it to be posted on one of the sites that they have been nurturing a relationship with. We are going for good quality sites with bloggers who are seen as influencers in their field. People with a good following that will get the link to the post shared.

From here our Outreach team will promote the blog as will the blogger and then we let the internet do the rest, because we write good quality blog posts that are interesting, funny, quirky and/or, hot topics we have a good track record of getting our links shared and the benefits to our Clients are fantastic.
